Since 1951, Independence South West have been dedicated to helping provide a better quality of life and support for people with disabilities and their carers.

Independence South West is a charity committed to working with adults with physical and sensory disabilities.

 

The goal of Independence South West is to continue to offer excellent day care and respite opportunities, make a difference and raise the profile of disabled people in Plymouth.

Independence SW was formally the Plymouth & South West Devon Spastics Association that was founded on the 15th of October 1951.
